Poppy-seed Dressing Renee Hussey 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. chopped onion 1/3 c. cider vinegar 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/3 c. honey 1 c. peanut or other oil (Never olive oil) 1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds Put the first 7 ingredients in blender. Blend briefle. Transfer to mixing bowl. Add honey and oil and beat until smooth. Add poppy seed and mix thoroughly by hand. Store in covered container in refrigerator. Always bring to room temperature before serving. Good on fruit salads.
